自1997年以来,望都县委实行了县级领导包村责任制。作为县委分管基层组织建设的常委,我每年都主动分包问题最复杂、影响面最大的农村后进支部,亲自驻村调查,亲自解决问题,所包的三个农村后进支部都如期实现了转化,在全县起到了示范作用。同时,通过在农村的摸爬滚打,使自己掌握了指导农村工作的主动权,提高了对农村基层组织建设的驾驭能力和领导艺术。回顾抓后进支部转化的工作实际,有以下几点体会:下得去,蹲得住,舍得下笨功夫,才能抓出实效农村后进支部大部分遗留问题较多,矛盾错综复
