Since 1978, China has gradually shifted from a planned economy to a market economy. Private enterprises have become the new growth force for the development of the national economy in the new era and have become an integral part of the national economy of China with their tenacious vitality in making their living and development in the market. The trend of its rapid development is not only manifested in its industrial structure from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry, from labor-intensive to technology-intensive development. Moreover, the infiltration of private-owned enterprises into high-tech industries has become the integration of science and technology The important driving force. However, the “Giant Storm” that took place at the end of 1996 can not but remind us of so many private enterprises and entrepreneurs. Shi Yuzhu admitting that the decision-making mistakes, mismanagement, said: “I just step one step touch the reef ”. The implication is that the giants crisis is actually a crisis of the entire private economy. The Shenyang-based Dragon Group, a privately-owned company, was in crisis as early as 1995. Jiang Wei, the president, is no longer a red-blooded entrepreneur, but only a “thinker” who has succeeded in not yet moving out of the city. “. From this and ”China’s top ten richest “ (see ”Fortune“ magazine eighth ”China’s richest “ list), although there are still 15 out of 15 people are still passing very well ”The mainland first deceive Mou inside," the book made a very embarrassed), but who would dare to say that Shi Yuzhu today certainly not their own tomorrow? In this sense, we planned the interview, made a special trip on China’s top ten tycoons Past, Present and Future, and Professor Zheng Xuedi, Associate Dean of Peking University School of Economics, discussed the problem and tried to find out the laws governing the development of the private economy through discussion so as to provide a reference for private entrepreneurs to operate the future.
