应用兔大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)局灶脑缺血模型,放免法测定脑组织和血浆中内源性阿片肽(β-内啡肽、强啡肽 A_(1-13))的含量。结果发现脑缺血后这两种肽含量均显著增加,且随缺血时间的延长而递增,与脑组织 H_2O、Na~+含量之间呈一定的正相关关系。该结果提示内源性阿片肽可能参与局灶脑缺血脑水肿的发生发展。
The model of focal cerebral ischemia induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rabbits was established. The levels of endogenous opioid peptide (β-endorphin, dynorphin A 1-13) in brain tissue and plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that these two peptides increased significantly after cerebral ischemia and increased with the prolongation of ischemia, and had a positive correlation with the content of H_2O and Na ~ + in brain tissue. The results suggest that endogenous opioid peptide may be involved in the development of focal cerebral edema and cerebral edema.
