在pH=6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲液中,茜素红(ARS)-铕(Ⅲ)形成的稀土配合物可与帕珠沙星(PZFX)形成三元离子缔合物,使得体系的二级散射(SOS)和倍频散射(FDS)强度均明显增强,且三元体系的光散射强度与PZFX的浓度在0.0080~0.6400 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,据此建立了灵敏的测定PZFX的共振非线性光散射分析法,此方法可用于注射液中PZFX的测定,以标准加入法对尿样和血样进行分析,结果满意。同时实验以SOS法考察了ARS-Eu3+-PZFX体系形成三元离子缔合物的反应条件、影响因素等,最后初步讨论了可能的形成机制。
In HAc-NaAc buffer solution with pH = 6.0, rare earth complexes formed by alizarin red (ARS) - europium (Ⅲ) can form ternary ion association with pazufloxacin (PZFX) Scattering (SOS) and frequency doubling scattering (FDS) were significantly enhanced, and the light scattering intensity of ternary system and PZFX concentration in the range of 0.0080 ~ 0.6400 mg.L-1 showed a good linear relationship, thus establishing a sensitive The determination of PZFX by resonance nonlinear light scattering analysis, this method can be used for the determination of PZFX injection to standard addition of urine samples and blood samples were analyzed with satisfactory results. In the meantime, the reaction conditions, influencing factors and the like of ARS-Eu3 + -PZFX system to form ternary ion-association complexes were investigated by SOS method. Finally, the possible formation mechanism was discussed.
