目的探讨二级医院实施主诊医师负责制医疗服务模式的优越性。方法通过分析实行主诊医师负责制前后科室医疗服务质量、工作效率、综合效益等指标的变化,探讨二级医院实施主诊医师负责制医疗服务模式的优越性。结果主诊医师负责制的实施对调动医务人员工作积极性,服务观念转变,服务态度改善,医疗服务质量的提高起到积极作用。结论主诊医师负责制细化了管理单元,缩短了医疗服务流程,减轻了科主任的压力,解决了医疗质量管理、学科发展、科室效益、绩效分配等问题,调动了各级医务人员积极性,提高了工作效率;满足患者选医生的需求,密切了医患关系,从而带动医院整体效益的提高,提升了医院的核心竞争力。
Objective To explore the superiority of the second-level hospital in implementing the medical service mode of the chief physician.
