用放射性同位素示踪法直接测定了25MnTiB钢电工用钢和纯铁中铈的固溶量。实验结果表明,25MnTiB钢、电工用钢中铈的固溶量随钢中铈的总含量的增加而增大。由于铈有强烈的脱氧、脱硫作用,因此钢中氧、硫含量越低,稀土固溶量越高。钢中铝含量增加,稀土固溶量增大。本测量方法的灵敏度为10~(-6)%。
The solid solution of cerium in 25MnTiB steel and pure iron was directly measured by radioisotope tracer method. The experimental results show that the amount of dissolved cerium in 25MnTiB steel and electrical steel increases with the total content of cerium in the steel. Due to the strong deoxidation and desulfurization effect of cerium, the lower the oxygen and sulfur content in steel, the higher the solid solution amount of rare earth. Aluminum content in steel increases, the amount of rare earth solid solution increases. The sensitivity of this measurement method is 10 ~ (-6)%.
