亲职教育作为是一种新型现代家庭的新观念与原理,它强调父母教养子女的职责,体认父母多元角色的教育功能。根据《四川省教师子女家庭教育调查报告》调查数据显示,四川省教师家长在对子女的家庭教育中存在与子女不适当的满通、对隔代教育的认识不全面和教师家长角色混乱等方面的不足。本文基于亲职教育视角,从原生家庭亲职教育和隔代教养家庭亲职教育等方面提出相关对策,旨在丰富教师的子女教养观,使得教师子女获得更好的家庭教育。
