随着市场化、知识化、网络化、信息化步伐的加快,文化因素对经济活动的渗透日益深入,现代经济呈现出一个全新的趋向,即文化化。企业文化建设在我国起步较晚,但发展较快,它已成为企业思想政治工作中的一项重要内容,成为增强企业凝聚力,实现发展目标的一只“无形的手”。该文对企业文化建设的普遍问题以及对策进行一些粗浅的探讨。
With the acceleration of market-oriented, knowledge-based, network-based and informationalization, the penetration of cultural factors into economic activities has deepened. The modern economy has shown a completely new trend, namely, culturalization. The construction of corporate culture started late in our country, but developed rapidly. It has become an important part in the ideological and political work of enterprises and has become an “invisible hand ” for enhancing the cohesion of enterprises and achieving the development goals. This article makes some superficial discussions on the general problems of enterprise culture construction and countermeasures.
