[病例] 患者女,44岁,因劳力性心慌、气促半年。加重半月入院。查体:脉搏64次/min,血压16.5/11.2kPa,颈静脉稍怒张,心尖搏动弥漫,心界略向左扩大,心率102次/min,节律绝对不规则,心音强弱不一。心尖部可闻及舒张期隆隆样杂音。第一心音增强,P2亢进。肝肋下3cm。双下肢轻度浮肿。血沉28mm/h,抗“O”500u,血清钾3.8～4.4mmol/L、钠133～136mmol/L,氯100～106mmol/L。非蛋白
