近年来,欧鳗的大规模集约化养殖已在我国日益增多。但是,随着养殖规模的扩大,养殖密度的不断提高,各种影响欧鳗成活率的问题也日渐增多,而由嗜水气单胞菌作为病原的欧鳗暴发性传染病则是其中一个突出问题。本文对嗜水气单胞菌的生理生化特性、致病因子、致病条件等作了一系列的初步研究,旨在为欧鳗暴发性传染病的防治提供有力的理论依据,更好地推动欧鳗养殖业向着更强、更快、更健康的方向发展。
In recent years, European eel large-scale intensive farming has been increasing in our country. However, with the enlargement of breeding scale and continuous increase of breeding density, the problems that affect the survival rate of European eels are also increasing day by day. Outbreaks of fulvary disease caused by Aeromonas hydrophila problem. In this paper, a series of preliminary studies on the physiological and biochemical characteristics, virulence factors and pathogenic conditions of Aeromonas hydrophila have been carried out in order to provide a strong theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of fulminant infectious diseases in European eel, European eel farming industry toward a stronger, faster, more healthy direction.
