目的 :观察高效连锁杀蟑药饵对高抗药性德国小蠊的防制效果。方法 :在试验现场用高效连锁杀蟑药饵 ,按 1~ 2 g/m2 施放于墙角缝隙、橱柜抽屉等蜚蠊出没、隐藏处 ;溴氰菊酯悬浮剂采用重点喷洒方法 ,按 40mga.i./m2 喷药 ,作试验对照。结果 :高效连锁杀蟑药饵在施药后第 1d德国小蠊密度明显下降 ,下降率高达 96 .1% ,至第 8周德国小蠊密度下降率仍为 97.4% ;溴氰菊酯悬浮剂在施药后第 1d德国小蠊密度下降率仅为 5 5 .4% ,1周后为 30 .3% ,现场防制基本无效 ,至第 6周完全失效。 8周后在喷洒溴氰菊酯的场所再施杀蟑药饵 ,1d后德国小蠊密度下降率达 95 .1%。结论 :高效连锁杀蟑药饵在现场对高抗药性德国小蠊有高效、速效、持效 ,按上述使用剂量现场有效防制蜚蠊时间达 8周以上
OBJECTIVE: To observe the control effect of highly efficient chain-killing cockroach bait on highly resistant Blattella germanica.
