我国某湿法炼銅試驗厂采用的原料系含鈷0.2~0.24%的低品位硫化銅精矿。該厂从电解废液中回收銅后,用苏打中和获得碳酸鈷。碳酸鈷中主要合有鎳、錳、鋅、銅和铁等杂质,須加工成商品氧化鈷。經过試驗室試驗,我們认为用亚硝酸鈷鉀法从含有較大量的鎳、錳等杂质的原料中提取氧化鈷,比通常采用的次氯酸鈉法,具有生产工艺流程和設备簡单,过程容易控制,鈷的直接回收率高,产品质量高等一系列的优点,同时也是一种比較經济的方法。茲将生产試驗的工艺流程,操作技术条件和生产試驗的結果分別叙述如下。

The production process of the test process, operating conditions and production test results are described below.
