本文用薄层层析法，纸层析法对玉米地中栽培半夏与正品半夏进行了定性、定量对比分析，结果表明：栽培半夏与正品半夏含有一致的化学成分。
In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis of Pinellia ternate and Pinellia ternate in corn field was carried out by thin layer chromatography and paper chromatography. The results showed that Pinellia ternata and Pinellia ternate had the same chemical composition.
