研究氟硅酸钠制备白炭黑与氟化钠新工艺, 在快速加入的碳酸钠溶液与总碳酸钠质量配合比为1∶0.3, 氟硅酸钠和碳酸钠的摩尔配合比为1∶3, 表面活性剂浓度为0.3%, 反应温度为85℃, 流态化分离装置母液流速为24L/h条件下, 制得产物白炭黑的吸收值 (DBP) 为2.98mL/g, 平均粒径为208nm, 为无定型絮状结构;氟化钠晶体的平均粒径170μm, 为立方晶结构.两者的密度、粒径差使其能在流态化分离装置中高效分离, 分离后白炭黑纯度94.38%, 氟化钠纯度98.45%.“,”Experimental study of the new technology of preparing silica and sodium fluoride with sodium fluorosilicate system was carried.Sodium carbonate solution was quickly added, the total volume ratio of 1∶0.3 for sodium carbonate.The molar ratio of sodium carbonate and sodium fluoride was 1∶3, the surfactants concentration of0.3%, the reaction temperature was 85℃, and the separation means liquor flow rate of 24 L/h.The results showed that the silica DBP value was 2.98 mL/g, median diameter was 208 nm, the structure was amorphous flocculent.The average particle size of sodium fluoride crystal was 170μm, and had cubic crystal structure.Both the density and particle size can efficient separation in the fluidization separation device, after separation, the purity of silica was 94.38%, and the sodium fluoride was 98.45%.
