本文探讨了我国比较管理研究的学科发展问题。本文认为,比较管理的学科特征是跨越性与对比性,比较管理研究的基本问题是何种文化与制度因素决定了中国企业与外国企业管理的异同,比较管理有从企业到超国家共五个分析层次,比较管理的基本研究方法是影响研究、平行研究和跨学科研究。此外,本文还提出了比较管理研究要重视对被管理者的人文关怀问题。
This article explores the disciplinary development of comparative management in China. This paper argues that comparatively managed disciplinary features are leapfrogging and contrasting. The basic problem of comparative management research is that the cultural and institutional factors determine the similarities and differences in the management of Chinese and foreign enterprises. There are a total of five Analytical hierarchy, comparative management of the basic research methods are impact research, parallel research and interdisciplinary research. In addition, this article also proposed that comparative management research should pay attention to the humane care of managers.
