本文采用血清药理学方法研究了三黄乙肝胶囊对HBeAg的体外抑制作用。通过酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)发现含三黄乙肝胶囊的家兔血清对HBeAg具有明显的抑制作用,并随着血清中药物浓度的升高、作用时间的延长而增强,随着HBeAg浓度的升高而减弱,且高剂量含药血清作用强度与有效氯浓度为250μg/g的速消净相当,而三黄乙肝胶囊粗制剂对HBeAg的直接抑制作用更强于含药血清,提示三黄乙肝胶囊中的有效成分可能未从胃肠道完全消化吸收或在体内代谢失活。
In this paper, the effect of Sanhuang Yigan capsule on the in vitro inhibition of HBeAg was studied by serum pharmacology. The serum of rabbits containing Sanhuang Yigan capsules was found to have a significant inhibitory effect on HBeAg by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and increased with the increase of drug concentration in the serum and the prolongation of the action time, with the increase of HBeAg concentration. Elevated and weakened, and the high-dose drug-containing serum had an effect similar to the rapid elimination of available chlorine concentration of 250 μg/g, while the crude drug of Sanhuang Yigan capsules had a stronger inhibitory effect on HBeAg than drug-containing serum. The active ingredient in the hepatitis B capsule may not be completely digested and absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract or metabolically inactivated in the body.
