目的选择最佳匹配的镇流器与紫外线灯管,以获取最佳的紫外线辐照强度和最长的紫外线灯管使用寿命。方法选择A、B、C 3个厂家3种镇流器各5个和a、b不同厂家的2种紫外线灯管各5根,分别组合监测紫外线灯管的辐照强度。结果镇流器A、B与紫外线灯管a、b分别组合所监测的紫外线强度合格率100%,而镇流器C与紫外线灯管a、b组合紫外线强度合格率均为0。6组数据的均数进行两两比较,除Aa和Ba两组均数差异没有统计学意义,其他任意2组均数之间的差异都具有统计学意义。结论新镇流器A与新灯管a是最佳匹配,应避免使用C镇流器。
Objective To choose the best matching ballast and UV lamp for the best UV radiation intensity and longest UV lamp life. Methods Five A, B, and C three ballasts were selected from each manufacturer and five from two different manufacturers of a and b, respectively. The intensity of irradiation was monitored by UV lamp respectively. Results Ballast A, B and UV lamp a, b, respectively, the combination of the monitored UV intensity pass rate of 100%, and ballast C and UV lamp a, b combined UV intensity pass rate were 0.6 sets of data Of the average number of pairs of comparison, except for Aa and Ba two groups mean no significant difference between the other two groups mean differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The new ballast A and the new lamp a is the best match, should avoid using C ballast.
