为了探讨种子散冲剂治疗少精子症和弱精子症所致男性不育的药理学依据 ,本文采用乙酸棉酚建立少精子症和弱精子症大鼠模型 ,研究种子散生药 3 g/ kg和 1 2 g/ kg体重对其睾丸精子发生和附睾精子密度的作用。结果表明种子散大剂量组可显著改善棉酚造型大鼠睾丸组织学形态和明显提高精子数量。 In order to investigate the pharmacological basis of Zisan Powder in the treatment of male infertility caused by oligozoospermia and asthenozoospermia, a rat model of oligozoospermia and asthenozoospermia was established in this study using gossypol acetate to study 3g/kg and 1 for seed propolis. Effects of 2 g/kg body weight on testicular spermatogenesis and epididymal sperm density. The results showed that the high-dose seed group can significantly improve the testicular histology of gossypol molding rats and significantly increase the number of sperm.
