目的探讨血清糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及糖类抗原199(CA199)联合检测在消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法消化系统恶性肿瘤患者321例作为恶性肿瘤组,消化系统良性病变患者225例为良性病变组,健康体检者206例作为对照组。用放射免疫法测定三组患者血清CA153、CA125及CA199阳性例数及表达水平,并计算出单一检测及联合检测时的敏感度、特异度、准确度。结果恶性肿瘤组血清CA153、CA125及CA199阳性比例及水平均高于良性病变组及正常组(P<0.05)。CA153+CA125+CA199三项联合时敏感度、特异度、准确度分别提高至67.25%、84.43%、78.92%,均高于各指标单一检测时的结果 (P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清CA153、CA125及CA199能够提高消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断效能。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) in the diagnosis of digestive system malignancies. Methods 321 patients with malignant tumor of digestive system as malignant tumor group, 225 patients with benign digestive tract disease as benign lesion group and 206 healthy subjects as control group. The number and expression of CA153, CA125 and CA199 in the three groups were determined by radioimmunoassay. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of single detection and combined detection were calculated. Results The positive rates and levels of serum CA153, CA125 and CA199 in malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in benign lesions and normal controls (P <0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CA153 + CA125 + CA199 increased to 67.25%, 84.43% and 78.92%, respectively, which were all higher than the results of single detection of each index (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum CA153, CA125 and CA199 can improve the diagnostic efficacy of digestive system malignancies.
