磷和硫元素的共振线都在真空紫外区(分别在178nm及180.7nm),用普通的原子吸收分光光度计不能直接测定。我们改进Welz提出的间接测定无机磷酸盐的方法并用于有机磷的微量分析。对若干有机磷化合物作测定,并与容量法测定结果比较,分析误差为±0.3%。有机硫化合物通常以硫酸根形式用容量法测定。我们改进Dunk提出的间接测定硫酸根的原子吸收分光光度法,用于若干样品测定,并与文献测得结果比较,分析误差±0.3%。
Resonance lines of phosphorus and sulfur are in the vacuum ultraviolet region (at 178 nm and 180.7 nm, respectively) and can not be directly measured by a conventional atomic absorption spectrophotometer. We improve Welz’s method of indirect determination of inorganic phosphate and use it for the trace analysis of organophosphorus. A number of organic phosphorus compounds for the determination, and compared with the volumetric results, the analysis error of ± 0.3%. Organosulfur compounds are usually measured by the capacity method in the form of sulfate. We improved Dunk’s indirect determination of sulfate by atomic absorption spectrophotometry for a number of samples and compared with the literature, the analysis of the error of ± 0.3%.
