干部人事档案作为详细了解、合理选拔干部的主要依据,其在干部队伍建设中发挥着重要的作用。近些年来,在我国的市场经济快速发展、干部人事制度的不断完善的同时,在干部人事档案管理方面出现了诸多新问题,这就表明其在发展中避免不了新挑战。本文分主要分析了目前干部人事档案管理出现的一些问题,并相应地提出如何加强干部人事档案管理的方法。
As the main basis for a detailed understanding and reasonable selection of cadres, the personnel files of cadres play an important role in the cadre contingent building. In recent years, with the rapid development of the market economy and the continuous improvement of the cadre and personnel system, many new problems have emerged in the management of cadres’ personnel files. This shows that they can not avoid new challenges in their development. This article points out the main problems that exist in the cadre personnel file management at present, and puts forward correspondingly how to strengthen the cadre personnel file management methods.
