Objective To provide a scientific basis for the establishment of a uniform standard of reference value for the internal diameter of the aortic root in Chinese adults. Methods The reference values of aortic root diameter of 2125 healthy adults measured by health units and relevant scientific research units in 28 cities and counties in China were collected and analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis. 7 geographical environment indicators such as sunshine duration (X2), annual average temperature (X3), annual average relative humidity (X4), annual precipitation (X5), annual temperature difference (X6) and annual average wind speed relationship. Results There was a significant correlation between the normal reference value of aortic root diameter of Chinese adults and geographical factors. Derived using backward regression analysis: Y = 17.31 + 0.003043X5 + 0.1702X6 + 1.362X7 ± 2.27. Using this equation to calculate the reference values of 2232 observation points in China, the GIS spatial interpolation analysis was applied to fit the geographical distribution trend of the reference value of the internal diameter of the root of Chinese adult aorta. Conclusion If the annual precipitation, temperature difference and annual average wind speed in a certain place in China are known, the reference value of the internal diameter of the aortic root can be calculated by this equation. The reference value of the internal diameter of the root of adult adult aorta can also be obtained from the spatial trend map The geographical distribution of the law: the overall northeast northeastward, northeast reference value higher than the southwest.
