本文将我所于1989~1991年间,应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测100例老年脑血管病的结果分析如下。资料和方法一、临床资料本组100例患者,男68例,女32例,年龄60~82岁,平均66.5岁。临床诊断脑动脉硬化症41例;脑梗塞29例;椎-基底动脉系统供血不足18例;短暂性脑缺血发作9例;蛛网膜下腔出血3例,部分病人曾行CT、MRI,数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查。以资比较。二、检查方法采用西德EME公司产TC2-64B型多普勒超声仪,检查时,先用4MHz探头检查颈动脉颅外段,然后用2MHz探头经颞窗、眼窗、枕骨大孔窗,可分别获得大脑前、中、后动脉;眼动脉、颅内动脉虹吸部;椎-基底动脉和小脑下后动脉的血流速度、血流方向及频谱图形,所得资料可打印记录储存。
