本文在15只SD大鼠尾壳核上用半定量方法对微血管壁上5种酶,在亮视野显微镜下进行了组织化学观察。结果:皮质和尾壳核的血管壁上,乳酸脱氢酶活性呈微量至强阳性反应,且随血管直径增大活性增强;琥珀酸脱氢酶活性呈微量至中度;葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶活性呈阴性至微量,说明核酸及蛋白质合成能力低下;三磷酸腺苷酶活性呈强至极强反应,提示血管壁平滑肌利用三磷酸腺苷能力强。上述各酶在尾壳核各部之间活性无差别。提示:皮质和尾壳核微血管壁代谢活跃,有氧代谢微弱,以无氧代谢为主。
In this paper, 15 SD rat caudate putamen nucleus by semi-quantitative methods on the microvascular wall of 5 kinds of enzymes, under a bright field microscope histochemistry. Results: Lactate dehydrogenase activity in the cortex and caudate putamen showed a slight to strong positive reaction, and its activity increased with the increase of vascular diameter. The activity of succinate dehydrogenase was slight to moderate. Glucose-6-phosphate Dehydrogenase activity was negative to trace, indicating low nucleic acid and protein synthesis; ATP activity was strong to extremely strong response, suggesting that vascular wall smooth muscle ability to use adenosine triphosphate. The above enzymes have no difference in activity between the various parts of the caudate putamen. Tip: cortical and caudate putamen microvascular wall active metabolism, weak aerobic metabolism to anaerobic metabolism-based.
