本文介绍了我院以临床科室为重点的医院感染管理方法。将医院感染管理纳入科室的常规工作，把医院感染贯穿到医疗工作全过程中，进行医院感染的连续监测和目标监测，形成与科室管理同步进行“双轨式”管理方法。此方法的应用不仅漏报率大大下降，而且把医院感染消灭在萌芽状态，有效地控制医院感染的发生。因而，以临床科室为重点的医院感染管理模式有推广价值。
This article describes hospital hospital infection management methods that focus on clinical departments in our hospital. The hospital infection management is included in the routine work of the department, and the hospital infection is carried through to the whole process of the medical work. The continuous monitoring and target monitoring of the hospital infection is performed, and the “dual-track” management method is formed synchronously with the department management. The application of this method not only greatly reduces the rate of missed reports, but also eliminates nosocomial infections in the bud and effectively controls the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Therefore, the hospital infection management model focusing on clinical departments has the value of promotion.
