我从小就喜欢跳跳蹦蹦,今年75岁,仍然热衷跑步、跳绳、打篮球、打网球、踢足球。我不仅注意身体锻炼,更注意脑力锻炼。身体的锻炼就是脑子的休息;而脑子的锻炼,静静地读书、写作、习字,却是身体的休息。几十年如一日的锻炼使我深深体会:精神愈用愈精,脑子愈用愈灵。动中取静,静中求动。1990年,我还从西安骑自行车到北京参加亚运会,用34天时间,身体更结实了,沿途还采写了十几篇文章,收获不小。为保证更经常的锻炼,我自己编练了一套综合体操,这套体操在室内外均可做。1983年在洛阳参加全国老年体协成立和老年长跑比赛之后,我曾表演过这套体操,当时哈工大的一
