为探讨铝对体外培养人T、B淋巴细胞合成肿瘤坏死因子的影响作用 ,采用体外短期培养方法 ,观察铝对人T、B淋巴细胞生长密度和合成分泌肿瘤坏死因子 (TNFα)能力 (双抗体夹心ELISA法 )的影响。结果表明 ,人T、B淋巴细胞经过体外培养 2 4h和 48h后 ,细胞生长密度及合成分泌TNFα 能力在加铝组明显低于对照组 ,呈反比例关系。结果提示 :铝对人T、B淋巴细胞的生长及合成分泌TNFα 有直接抑制作用
To investigate the effect of aluminum on tumor necrosis factor (TNF) production in human T and B lymphocytes in vitro, the effect of aluminum on the growth of human T and B lymphocytes and the ability to synthesize and secrete tumor necrosis factor (TNFα) were observed by in vitro short-term culture Sandwich ELISA method). The results showed that the growth of human T and B lymphocytes after 24 h and 48 h culture in vitro were significantly lower than that of the control group in the proportion of secreted and secreted TNFα.
