本文应用光弹性应力“冻结”法研究受内压厚壁容器内壁具有纵向半椭圆裂缝时的应力强度因子。探讨了单裂缝与均布多裂缝情况下,裂缝深度、裂缝形状,厚壁筒壁率、裂缝数目等特性参量对裂缝尖端附近奇异场的影响。本文还讨论了具有环向局布(即非均布)半椭圆形多裂缝时复合强度因子及其计算方法。并试对具有环向均布多裂缝时应力强度因子的计算做了近似分析。
In this paper, the photoelastic stress “freezing” method is used to study the stress intensity factor when the inner wall of a pressure-type thick-walled container has longitudinal semi-elliptical cracks. The effects of crack depth, crack shape, wall thickness ratio and number of cracks on the singularity near the crack tip are discussed under the condition of single crack and even multi-fracture. The paper also discusses the composite strength factor and its calculation method with semi-elliptical multi-crack with circumferential distribution (ie non-uniform distribution). And an approximate analysis of the calculation of the stress intensity factor with uniform circumferential multi-cracks was made.
