一机部机电研究所与本溪钢铁公司第一炼钢厂、长春第一汽车制造厂协作共同研制成功了5Cr4W5Mo2V新型高热强性模具钢。十几年来,对该钢种进行了较系统的成分及性能的试验研究,经批量生产(300多吨)和汽车、轴承、轻工等部门较长时间的模具寿命考核,结果表明:该钢种成分设计合理,符合我国资源情况,冶炼工艺成熟,质量稳定,成材率高,生产成本低,并且有较好的锻造、热处理等工艺性能。新钢种热强性、热稳定性
