识人才能用人 不了解一个人,就不能用好一个人。这句话对任何一个单位领导而言,都是真理!惟其如此,才能力戒盲目用人。因此,现代社会中流行“识人才能用人”的口号。 怎样才能识人?其先决条件在于能公正无私,一视同仁;领导必须具备如此胸襟,方能发掘真正人才。人才如犹冰山,浮于水面者仅30%,沉于水底者达70%。 归纳知人之难的原因,首先是客观障碍:
