本文对87例初生嬰儿进行了临床测试研究,结果表明,76例正常初生婴儿组TcPO_2值为71.56±11.45mmHg(±SD),TcPCO_2值为40.03±7.79mmHg±SD)。TcPO_2与PaO_2呈直线相关(r=0.852、n=25)、TcPCO_2与PaCO_2也呈直线相关(r=0.79,n=24)。11例心肺疾病情况稳定患儿组的TcPO_2值为48.0±13.25mmHg,与正常初生嬰儿组相比较(p<0.001),TcPCO_2值为47.16±9.05mmHg、与正常组比较也见增高,但无明显差异。提示心肺疾病情况稳定的患儿仍应警惕有低氧血症存在的可能性,从而对TcPO_2及TcPO_2与动脉血气值的相关性越来越被肯定。
In this paper, 87 cases of newborn babies were tested in clinical trials. The results showed that the TcPO_2 values were 71.56 ± 11.45mmHg (± SD) and TcPCO_2 values were 40.03 ± 7.79mmHg ± SD in 76 normal newborn infants. There was a linear correlation between TcPO_2 and PaO_2 (r = 0.852, n = 25) and TcPCO_2 and PaCO_2 (r = 0.79, n = 24). The TcPO_2 value of 11 children with stable heart and lung disease was 48.0 ± 13.25mmHg, which was significantly higher than that of the normal group (p <0.001), but not significantly higher than that of the normal group difference. Hint children with stable cardiopulmonary disease should be alert to the possibility of hypoxemia, so the correlation between TcPO_2 and TcPO_2 and arterial blood gas value is more and more confirmed.
