建立了加速溶剂萃取(ASE)提取,测定电子电气产品塑料部件中灭蚁灵的气相色谱-质谱方法。塑料样品经冷冻研磨机粉碎后,采用加速溶剂萃取仪在80℃,10.3MPa用异丙醇和正己烷(体积比为95:5)为萃取剂静态提取样品5min。自制ABS阳性样品,充分优选了提取方式。本方法在0.001~0.1mg/kg和0.5~60mg/kg两个质量含量范围内具有良好的线性关系。1、5、50mg/kg三个质量含量水平的加标回收率介于90%~118%之间,相对标准偏差≤8.37%。该方法的线性范围广,准确度高,精密度好,能够满足实际样品的测定。
An accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of mirex in plastic parts of electronic and electrical products was established. After the plastic sample was crushed by the freeze grinder, the sample was extracted by static pressure using an accelerated solvent extractor at 80 ℃ and 10.3 MPa with isopropyl alcohol and n-hexane (volume ratio of 95: 5) as extractant for 5 min. Self-made ABS positive samples, fully optimized extraction methods. The method has a good linear relationship in the two mass contents of 0.001 ~ 0.1mg / kg and 0.5 ~ 60mg / kg. The spiked recoveries at three levels of 1, 5 and 50 mg / kg ranged from 90% to 118% with relative standard deviations ≤ 8.37%. The linear range of the method, high accuracy, good precision, to meet the actual sample determination.
