受学生观念和自身素质、用人单位的就业歧视、学校培养方面的不完善、国家就业政策限制等因素的影响,体育教育专业学生就业现状不容乐观。本文通过对四川省师范学院体育教育专业毕业生就业流向的分析,明确其有利因素及存在的危机,并且针对其不利因素提出整改建议,促使作为重要社会资源的高校体育教育专业毕业生顺利就业。 Influenced by such factors as the concept of students and their own qualities, the employment discrimination of employers, the imperfection in school training and the restriction of the national employment policy, the status quo of employment of PE majors can not be optimistic. Based on the analysis of the employment flow of PE majors in Sichuan Normal University, this paper clarifies the favorable factors and the existing crises, and puts forward suggestions for rectification according to the unfavorable factors so as to promote the smooth employment of college PE majors as an important social resource.
