无核白、喀什哈尔、木纳格葡萄是新疆栽培面积较广的品种,由于葡萄果实柔软多汁、皮薄,贮藏中容易发生霉烂、掉粒、变色和果柄干枯等现象。这给葡萄的贮藏保鲜工作带来许多困难,并降低葡萄的商品价值。为了解决这个问题,对葡萄三个品种贮藏期间的主要生理指标之一呼吸速率的变化规律进行了研究。试验表明,果实的贮藏状况与它们的呼吸作用有着密切的关系,因此在贮藏中控制果实的呼吸作用,就成为管理措施的重要理论依据。如能有效地控制和延续其呼吸作用,就可以进一步搞好葡萄的贮藏保鲜。
No nuclear white, Kashihar, Minag grapes is a cultivated area in Xinjiang varieties, because the grape juicy soft, thin, prone to mildew, grain, discoloration and stems dry phenomenon. This brings many difficulties to the storage and preservation of grapes and lowers the commodity value of the grapes. In order to solve this problem, the changes of respiration rate, one of the main physiological indexes during storage of three grape cultivars, were studied. Experiments show that the fruit storage status and their respiratory effects are closely related, so the control of fruit in the storage of respiration, has become an important theoretical basis for management measures. If we can effectively control and extend its respiration, we can further improve the storage and preservation of grapes.
