某公司1台26 t级液压挖掘机在工作了2 000 h后,出现向左回转非常缓慢、向右回转不能正常停止现象。该机回转液压系统原理如附图所示。其主要由回转液压泵(图中未画出)、回转主控制阀、回转马达、回转制动阀、延迟阀、防反转阀、回油背压阀和油箱等组成。当操纵回转手柄向左(右)回转时,先导压力油通过先导手柄进入回转主阀芯的左端XA_S(或右端XB_S),将回转主阀换到左位(或右位),阀芯换位后,通到主阀的先导压力油即被切断。

It is mainly composed of rotary hydraulic pump (not shown), rotary main control valve, rotary motor, rotary brake valve, delay valve, anti-reverse valve, oil back pressure valve and fuel tank. When operating the rotary handle to the left (right), the pilot pressure oil enters the left main end XA_S (or the right end XB_S) of the main rotary valve through the pilot handle and changes the main rotary valve to the left or right position. The pilot pressure oil to the main valve is cut off.
