目的 :研究沉积物中水解和游离氨基酸的垂直分布特征 .方法 :采集 6 0cm长大亚湾柱状沉积物样品 ,每 2cm为一层分割 ,用反相高效液相色谱法分析每层样品中的水解和游离氨基酸含量 ,对分析结果进行曲线拟合和相关分析 .结果 :15种游离氨基酸和水解氨基酸中的丝氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和亮氨酸含量的对数值与深度之间存在显著的线性关系 ;中性氨基酸甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸和亮氨酸的水解和游离氨基酸含量之间存在显著的相关关系 .结论 :15种游离氨基酸和 6种中性水解氨基酸的垂直分布可用指数方程来描述 ;中性水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸之间存在显著的相关性 .
Objective: To study the vertical distribution of hydrolyzate and free amino acids in sediment.Methods: The sediment sample of 60 cm in length of Dayasan was collected and divided into 2 layers every 2 cm. The hydrolysis of each sample was analyzed by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography Free amino acids were determined and the results were curve fitted and correlated.Results: The contents of serine, threonine, alanine, valine, isoleucine and leucine in 15 kinds of free amino acids and hydrolyzed amino acids There is a significant linear relationship between the logarithm and the depth; there are significant differences between the hydrolysis and the free amino acid content of the neutral amino acids glycine, serine, threonine, alanine, valine, isoleucine and leucine .Conclusion: The vertical distribution of 15 kinds of free amino acids and 6 kinds of neutral hydrolyzed amino acids can be described by exponential equation. There is a significant correlation between neutral hydrolytic amino acids and free amino acids.
