1990年,由当时的上海市教育科学研究所提出的课题“学习困难学生教育的研究”先后被列为上海市教育科研重点课题、全国教育科学“八五”重点课题。时任教科所所长钱在森经过深入调研,与虹口区教育局、虹口区教师进修学院研讨后,把飞虹中学(现更名为华东师大一附中实验中学)定为课题的试点基地学校。20年来,这一课题扎根虹口,并不断深入发展。分层递进教学策略更成为课题研究的重要成果之一,并成为虹口教育的一个品牌,“关注差异、分层递进”也已经成为虹口教育的重要理念之一。
In 1990, the subject “Education for Students with Learning Difficulties” proposed by the Shanghai Institute of Education and Science at that time was successively listed as one of the key topics of education and scientific research in Shanghai and one of the key topics of “85” education and science in the country. Qian Zhaosen, the director of the teaching and research institute, went through a series of investigations and made discussions with Hongkou District Board of Education and Hongkou District Teachers’ College to establish a pilot base school for Feihong High School (now renamed as East China Normal University High School Attached to High School) . Over the past 20 years, this subject has taken root in Hongkou and has been further developed. Gradual and progressive teaching strategy has become one of the important achievements of the subject research and become a brand of Hongkou Education. “Focusing on Difference and Progressively” has also become one of the important concepts of Hongkou Education.
