众所周知,因材施教是孔子和夸美纽斯所倡导的教学原则,其含义是说施教者应该依据学习者的具体情况,选择适合学习者特征的指导方式有针对性的展开教学。就教学原则与评课的关系来说,所有的教学原则都应该或可以作为评课的基准,那么,为什么要将因材施教从众多的教学原则中提取出来将其作为评课的底线原则呢?这是因为因材施教不仅是具有普遍意义的教学原则,对于义务教育阶段的课程教学来说,它同时也是学生的受教育权
It is well-known that teaching students according to their aptitudes is a teaching principle advocated by Confucius and Comenius. The implication is that the teaching staff should select teaching methods that are appropriate to the characteristics of learners according to the learners’ specific conditions. As far as the teaching principle is concerned, the teaching principles should be or can be used as the benchmark for the evaluation of teaching. So why should we use the teaching of students according to their aptitudes as the bottom line of teaching evaluation? This is because teaching students according to their aptitude is not only a teaching principle of universal significance, but also a student’s right to education for the course of compulsory education
