本文采用间接免疫荧光技术研究了矽肺大鼠和汉防已甲素(简称汉甲素)治疗矽肺的大鼠肺中Ⅲ型胶原的变化。Ⅲ型胶原分布于肺泡间隔中,在发生矽肺纤维化时,肺泡间隔中Ⅲ型胶原含量高于正常肺泡间隔,但增长程度低于Ⅰ型胶原。Ⅲ型胶原是矽肺胶原纤维组分之一,在胶原纤维之间也有分布。汉甲素治疗后,矽肺纤维化受到抑制。大细胞由矽结节外周向矽结节中心浸润,并吞噬降解Ⅲ型胶原,证明汉甲素有促进胶原分解代谢的作用。
In this paper, the indirect immunofluorescence technique was used to study the changes of type III collagen in the lungs of silicosis rats and sildenamol (abbreviated as anacardium) in the treatment of silicosis. Type III collagen is distributed in the alveolar septum. When the fibrosis occurs, the content of type III collagen in the alveolar septum is higher than that of the normal alveolar septum, but the degree of growth is lower than that of type I collagen. Type III collagen is one of the components of silicosis collagen fibers, and is also distributed between collagen fibers. After treatment with iranisac, the fibrosis of the lung was inhibited. Large cells were infiltrated from the periphery of the tubercle tubercle to the center of the tubercle tubercle and phagocytized and degraded type III collagen. It was proved that the anacardium promoted the catabolism of collagen.
