目的:研究肾衰康延缓慢性肾衰竭进展的作用机制。方法:采用MTT法、TUNEL法、流式细胞仪观察不同浓度肾衰康大鼠血清对大鼠系膜细胞的作用。结果:含肾衰康的大鼠血清组与正常大鼠血清对照组相比显著抑制大鼠系膜细胞增殖(P<0.01);TUNEL细胞染色细胞阳性,流式细胞仪出现细胞凋亡峰,凋亡率明著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:肾衰康延缓慢性肾衰竭进展的作用机制是抑制系膜细胞增殖和促使其凋亡。
Objective: To study the mechanism of renal failure and delayed progression of chronic renal failure. METHODS: MTT assay, TUNEL assay, and flow cytometry were used to observe the effects of different concentrations of Shenshuai Kang rat serum on rat mesangial cells. RESULTS: Compared with the normal rat serum control group, the rat serum group containing Shenshuan Kang significantly inhibited mesangial cell proliferation (P<0.01); the positive cells were stained by TUNEL cells, and the cell apoptosis peak was observed by flow cytometry. The rate of apoptosis was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The mechanism of the progression of chronic renal failure with renal failure is to inhibit the proliferation of mesangial cells and promote its apoptosis.
