培养选拔优秀青年干部工作,是党的组织工作的重要组成部分。关系着党的政治路线的贯彻执行和党的奋斗目标的实现。党中央历来十分重视此项工作,并多次强调各级党委要切实抓好这项工作。笔者认为,要做好培养选拔优秀青年干部工作,必须使之制度化、经常化。 一、培养选拔优秀青年干部工作制度化、经常化的必要性 To train and select outstanding young cadres is an important part of the party’s organizational work.
