社会纪实类纪录片往往镜头具有明确的所指和现实意义,导演力图通过对场景真实的再现,以求挖掘影像背后的深层社会问题,实现为社会建设提供监督促进的作用。台湾纪实影像经历了1980年代前后的反主流叙事,到90年代独立导演对于社会问题揭露的前方冲锋,以及实验类纪实影像在内的发展,再到21世纪纪实影像在手段上不断突破。三十多年来,台湾纪实影片从传统到反传统,从反传统到实验,让台湾纪实美学曾现出新的风格。
The documentaries of social documentary type often have clear and directed meanings. The director tries to excavate the deep social problems behind the image through the true reproduction of the scene so as to provide the function of supervision and promotion for the social construction. Taiwan’s documentary images went through anti-mainstream narratives around the 1980s, front-line assaults exposed by independent directors on social issues in the 1990s, and experimental photorealistic images, and then the documentary images of the 21st century continued to make breakthroughs in their means. For more than three decades, documentary films in Taiwan have gone from tradition to anti-tradition. From anti-tradition to experiment, Taiwan’s documentary aesthetics has shown a new style.
