目的建立鸭跖草中异荭草素的定量测定方法,为鸭跖草质量标准的建立提供科学依据。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:ZORBAXEXTENDC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85),检测波长:350nm。结果线性良好,异荭草素平均加样回收率为99.98%,RSD为1.62%。结论本方法准确、简便,精密度和分离度良好,可用于测定鸭跖草药材中异荭草素的量。
Objective To establish a quantitative method for determination of isoorientin in Commelina communis, and to provide scientific basis for establishing the quality standard of Commelina communis. Method using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Column: ZORBAXEXTENDC18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (15:85), detection wavelength: 350 nm. The results showed that the linearity was good, the average addition recovery rate of isoorientin was 99.98%, and the RSD was 1.62%. Conclusion This method is accurate, simple, and has good precision and resolution. It can be used to determine the amount of isoorientin in duck quail.
