目的:建立乳制品中富马酸二甲酯的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法:样品经乙腈超声提取后,以乙腈与0.03 mol/L乙酸钠-0.03 mol/L冰乙酸-0.008 mol/L四丁基溴化铵的水溶液(60∶40,V/V)为流动相,C18柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分离,220 nm检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:富马酸二甲酯在0.50 mg/L~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),检出限为0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为98.8%~106.8%,RSD≤3.4%。结论:该法快速、简单、准确,可用于乳制品中富马酸二甲酯的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in dairy products by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: After the sample was extracted by acetonitrile, acetonitrile and 0.03 mol / L sodium acetate - 0.03 mol / L glacial acetic acid - 0.008 mol / L tetrabutylammonium bromide in water (60:40, V / V) , C18 column (4.6 × 250 mm, 5μm) separation, 220 nm detection, retention time qualitative, peak area quantitative. Results: Dimethyl fumarate showed a good linearity (r = 0.9992) in the range of 0.50 mg / L to 20.0 mg / L with the detection limit of 0.05 mg / kg and the recoveries of 98.8% -106.8%. The RSD ≤3.4%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in dairy products.
