日本电信技术委员会(TTC)于1997年第4季度提出了实施数字广播系统的建议,其主要内容有: 1.实施数字广播系统的进度安排 1998年进行试验,1999年4月提出最终的试验报告。 2.主要目标 (1)实现多信道广播的目标。至少能有3个信道提供标准质量的电视广播。
The Japan Telecommunication Technology Committee (TTC) proposed the implementation of a digital broadcasting system in the fourth quarter of 1997. Its main contents are as follows: 1. The schedule for implementing the digital broadcasting system was tested in 1998 and the final test report was submitted in April 1999 . 2. The main goal (1) to achieve the goal of multi-channel broadcast. At least three channels can provide standard quality television broadcasting.
