目的采用黑曲霉Aspergillus niger ZJUT302产生的β-葡萄糖苷酶水解牛蒡子水提液中的牛蒡子苷,提高牛蒡子苷元的量。方法 A.niger ZJUT302在培养基成分为稻草粉50 g/L、麦麸15 g/L、大麦粉15 g/L、(NH4)2SO4 10 g/L、KH2PO4 0.5 g/L、MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g/L,温度30℃,初始pH 5.0,添加0.1%聚乙二醇5000,摇床转速150 r/min的优化反应条件下转化牛蒡子水提液7 d。结果牛蒡子苷在初始浓度0.06 mmol/L时,转化率可达92.3%。结论本方法是一种有效的牛蒡子生物炮制技术。
OBJECTIVE To improve the content of arctigenin by hydrolyzing arctiin in the water extract of Arctium lappa with Aspergillus niger ZJUT302 produced by Aspergillus niger. Methods A. niger ZJUT302 was cultured in the medium containing 50 g / L of rice straw, 15 g / L of wheat bran, 15 g / L of barley flour, 10 g / L of (NH4) 2SO4, 0.5 g / L of KH2PO4 and MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g / L, temperature 30 ℃, initial pH 5.0, adding 0.1% polyethylene glycol 5000 and shaking speed of 150 r / min for 7 d. Results Arctiin had an initial conversion of 92.3% at the initial concentration of 0.06 mmol / L. Conclusion This method is an effective Arctium bio-processing technology.
