工作的物质环境和福利的好坏,与员工的生产效率并非有明显的因果关系。相反,员工的心理因素和社会因素对其生产积极性的影响颇大。这一观点已经在国外许多企业的管理中得到证实,并一直影响至今。
The physical environment and benefits of work are not obviously causal to the productivity of employees. On the contrary, employees’ psychology and social factors have a great influence on their enthusiasm for production. This view has been confirmed in the management of many foreign enterprises, and has been affected so far.
