目的研究麻黄多糖提取最佳工艺条件。方法采用超声波提取麻黄多糖,通过正交实验L9(34)设计分别考察麻黄多糖脱脂与提取条件。结果麻黄多糖脱脂条件为取60目麻黄粉末,用5倍量(W/V)95%乙醇超声脱脂1次,40min;麻黄多糖提取条件为用10倍量(W/V)蒸馏水超声提取3次,每次60min,合并水提液,浓缩,用85%乙醇醇沉。在此条件下麻黄多糖提取量为0.121 5%。结论本方法优化了麻黄多糖提取工艺,简便、可行、重现性好,多糖提取率高。
Objective To study the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from ephedra. Methods Ultrasound was used to extract ephedra polysaccharides. The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to investigate the degreasing and extraction conditions of ephedra polysaccharide. Conclusion This method has been optimized for the extraction of polysaccharides from Ephedra, which is simple, feasible, reproducible and has high extraction rate of polysaccharides.
