针对目前缺少判断机械产品是否适合模块化的研究,对机械产品模块化适合度进行系统的分析和研究。从机械产品的结构、技术、客户需求及企业能力等方面分析和归纳影响机械产品模块化适合度的影响因素。建立模块化适合度影响因数的量化准则,应用改进的层次分析法确定机械产品模块化适合度影响因素的权重,建立评价机械产品模块化适合度的数学模型及模块化适合度的评价标准,最后以某大型矿山机械设备为例,验证机械产品模块化适合度的评价方案。
Aiming at the current lack of research on the suitability of mechanical products for modularization, this paper systematically analyzes and studies the modularity of mechanical products. Analyze and summarize the influential factors that affect the modular fitness of mechanical products from the aspects of mechanical product structure, technology, customer requirements and business capabilities. The quantitative criterion of the influence factor of modular fitness is established. The weight of the influential factors of modular fitness of mechanical products is determined by improved analytic hierarchy process. The mathematic model to evaluate the modular fitness of mechanical products and the evaluation criteria of modular fitness are established. Finally, A large-scale mining machinery and equipment, for example, to verify the mechanical products modular suitability evaluation program.
