应用VB开发了能嵌入SolidWorks的液压缸快速设计的插件菜单和图形界面,实现了液压缸主要参数图形界面的输入、驱动特征重建和工程图纸的自动刷新功能,并将Windows系统的一些常用的文件夹操作功能和液压缸设计中常用的一些计算一起集成到所开发的图形界面中,大大加快了同类产品变形设计的速度。本文所论述的快速化设计方法,不仅可以应用于液压缸的快速设计中,也可广泛应用于系列化、标准化的零件库的开发和其它工程领域的快速变形设计中,有着较为广泛的工程应用价值。
Application of VB developed a plug-in menu and graphical interface which can be quickly embedded into SolidWorks hydraulic cylinder design, which realized the input of main parameters of hydraulic cylinder, the reconstruction of driving characteristics and the automatic refresh of engineering drawings. Some commonly used files of Windows system Clip operation functions and hydraulic cylinder design commonly used in some of the calculations integrated into the development of the graphical interface, greatly speeding the deformation of similar products design speed. The rapid design method discussed in this paper can not only be used in the rapid design of hydraulic cylinders, but also widely used in the development of series and standardized parts library and rapid deformation design in other engineering fields. It has a wide range of engineering applications value.
